ACCOMMODATION IN ABC |
Next to our very own B&J Dive Resort, there is a good variety of small resorts available in Ayer Batang Bay (which the locals just call ABC).
All resorts in ABC offer fairly basic rooms with our without air-conditioning and none of them is offering room cleaing service. The only exception is our own B&J Dive Resort and the deluxe rooms at Nazri I.
Generally all rooms at the different resorts have ensuite bathrooms, whereas aircon bungalows usually come with hot water shower and a sink and basic fan bungalows only with cold water shower and without sink.
B&J is working closely with most of the resorts and you can place your booking for diving, accommodation and transporation directly through us.
Note however that the smaller resorts and backpacker places only accept direct bookings or walk-in customes, yet it is highly recommended to book early for peak season (June to August) and for any public or school holiday and even weekends.
Accommodation does not include meals, so you can have all the flexibility of enjoying the different restaurants along the bay, where they serve local and western dishes, with the highlight being the fresh seafood BBQ’s.

B&J DIVE RESORT:
Our new B&J Dive Resort is conveniently located just meters away from our scuba diving centre in ABC (Ayer Batang Bay) on Tioman Island.
Recognizing the demand for higher standard accommodation on the island, B&J has decided to build it's very own resort to offer our customer not only spacious and clean rooms but also daily room service and all the ammenties you envision for your stay on Tioman, which are not available at other resorts.
Offering just 6 rooms on 2 floors for the season 2012, it is a cozy place for divers and non-divers alike and we can truthfully say that we have the best rooms available in northern Tioman.

- Twin Super Deluxe Room - 1 King Bed or 2 Single Beds
- Triple Super Deluxe Room - 1 Queen Bed plus 1 Super Single Bed
- Quad Super Deluxe Room - 1 Queen Bed plus 2 Super Single Beds

NAZRI I RESORT:
Nazri I Resort is located at the southern end of ABC Bay, some 10min to 15min walk away from our dive centre. Their Deluxe Rooms are nice and clean whereas their standard rooms are fairly basic.
They're located at the best beach of ABC and have a nice restaurant with a good selection of food. Sunset Bar is one of the favourite hangout places in the evenings.

Nazri II Resort :
Nazri II Resort is on the northern end of ABC Bay and just a short stroll away from our dive shop. The resort has pretty nice rooms with garden or sea view and is very close to the northern beach of ABC.
Nazri II's restaurant serves some of the best food available where you'll find find dishes from the West, India or Malaysia. Mind you, the portions are huge.

Tioman House :
Tioman House, which is located right next to our dive shop, used to be a backpackers resort with fan rooms only but in 2008 they built a few large AC bungalows. These rooms are quite spacious, are clean and have a pretty nice bathroom with hot water shower.
They currently charge MYR 150.00 per night / bungalow.

ABC Cottages :
ABC Cottages (some call it ABC Chalet) is a nice small resort right at the northern beach in Air Batang. They have a variety of rooms for you to choose from and a typical local restaurant that serves delicious food.

Johan's Resort :
Johan's small backpacker resort is right next to our dive centre. This family run business is offering fair priced rooms with aircon, fan or even dormitories. The restaurant serves local cuisine and BBQ seafood and the small minimarket has everything you might need during your stay on Tioman Island.
