Submarine K XVII - page 2

In 1978 a submarine was found off Tioman, Malaysia, by local fishermen and it has been identified as the K XVII in 1982. The submarine lies upright about 1 nm away from the Banka and gives a strange impression with the cunning tower being partially out of the thermo cline.

Even though the wreck is mostly covered by fishing nets it makes still a good technical dive in the proximity of Tioman.
