Your PADI COURSE DIRECTORS are made up of some of the most experienced, award winning instructors in Malaysia.

Zainal Rahman (Ben)

Ben is one of our owners and a PADI Course Director. He’s been in the diving business for close to 40 years and is together with his late father the founder of B&J. He’s originally from Germany and started diving in the freezing cold lakes over there with his dad when he was a teenager.

Since then he and his business partner Martin have developed B&J into what you see today! Every little trick of the trade he’s learnt along the way will be incorporated into your DM Internship and IDC to help you handle any situation you might encounter.

PADI IDC Staff Instructors at B&J will be assisting Ben or Diki in your IDC and will also be your mentors if you should take up your Divemaster with us. These guys will become your source of information and inspiration, your buddies, your confidants and your shoulders to cry on! These are the guys who will be sitting with you late into the night if necessary helping you prepare your presentations and helping you swot up on your theory.
